LHRC enjoys support from dynamic, qualified and committed staff members with different academic background.  There are those with know how in legal matters, advocacy, journalism, accounting/ finance, administration, publications, technology and secretarial issues but to mention a few.

The Center seeks qualified candidates who believe in values of human rights.

Interested individuals must translate their beliefs into actions and should display a high sense of commitment to promote and protect human rights in Tanzania.

Preferred candidates shall demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, confidence, leadership, integrity, maturity and good communication skills beside excellent academic background and relevant work experience,

Experience with non-governmental organizations is an added advantage.

Process

The Center will advertise in local newspapers and on the website whenever in need of more staff. Interested candidates shall send their most recent curriculum vitae with a supporting cover and recommendation letters. They will also be required to send certified copies of Diploma/Certificates & testimonials.
